Products

All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once payment has been confirmed.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the case and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Workshop Bookings

Workshop bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

As materials and resources are prepared in advance, confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your workshop, please contact us as early as possible. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or other exceptional events), participants will be offered either:

• A full refund; or

• An alternative workshop date.
